+The leveling system remains the same, however there is **NO MORE FOUNDER TIER**. The rewards that were previously given to the founder tier, **are now given to the Dev Admins, and Minter Admins**.
+Dev Admins and Minter admins share the previous founder rewards tier 50/50 split.
 In Qortal, there is a system of 'levels' that are given to those who choose to become a minter.
