Seth is a developer admin, and a Q-App developer, adding many new features to multiple Q-Apps, with a focus on Q-Tube. Seth is essentially always developing further features for existing, and concepts for new Q-Apps.

Phillip is now also the primary developer for the 'Qortal Trifecta' series of interfaces, including Qortal Hub, Qortal Go, and the Qortal Chromium Extension. Phillip is an absolute master of Q-App development, and once mastering that he not only created a Q-App framework capable of assisting React developers in creating new Q-Apps, and capable of supporting additional JS/TS development frameworks, but he has now also contributed to the Qortal Core, jumping in and learning whenever needed, even if Java isn't a language he normally works with. Phillip is now an absolutely essential Qortal developer and probably has the most extensive understanding of building on top of Qortal beyond any other developer.

 **crowetic** has taken over the release process of the Qortal Core, and has dramatically optimized the process, improving the 'auto-update scripts' hugely, and removing the requirement that previously existed of an ubuntu 18 machine for running the old perl-based scripts. He also automated the release process, and improved the 'advanced installer' setup for the Windows Qortal Core installer.

The reticulum protocol is the Mesh Networking protocol that will allow not only rotating encryption on the connections between nodes, and the removal of the requirement of IP addresses from node connections entirely, but it will eventually render ISPs (Internet Service Providers) completely unnecessary in order to utilize everything available on the Qortal Network.
