 **Qortal Seth:** Seth has been instrumental in facilitating new marketing initiatives, assisting with Q-App development, leading marketing and Q-App meetings, and more. Seth continues to be a fantastic addition to the Qortal Community and development group. Seth is a developer admin, and a Q-App developer, adding many new features to multiple Q-Apps, with a focus on Q-Tube. Seth is essentially always developing further features for existing, and concepts for new Q-Apps.

 **Phillip:** Phillip has developed more Q-Apps than anyone else, and is taking lead with Justin and Seth on the addition of new developers and teaching Q-App developers. Phillip is now also the primary developer for the 'Qortal Trifecta' series of interfaces, including Qortal Hub, Qortal Go, and the Qortal Chromium Extension. Phillip is an absolute master of Q-App development, and once mastering that he not only created a Q-App framework capable of assisting React developers in creating new Q-Apps, and capable of supporting additional JS/TS development frameworks, but he has now also contributed to the Qortal Core, jumping in and learning whenever needed, even if Java isn't a language he normally works with. Phillip is now an absolutely essential Qortal developer and probably has the most extensive understanding of building on top of Qortal beyond any other developer.
