 +====NEW - Qortal Onboarding Wizard on qortal.dev====
 +In order to continually reduce the difficulty of getting setup on the Qortal Network, the Qortal Development Group is continually creating new methods to ease onboarding.

 +One of these methods is the new 'onboarding wizard' on qortal.dev website.

 +This tool allows users to get setup on Qortal easily. Gives them their first 2 QORT to register a name, verifies the name has been registered, then sends them an additional 4 QORT to utilize for transactions, and messaging without the spam-prevention delay on Q-Chat.

 +The onboarding wizard requests an E-Mail address, but this is NOT because Qortal requires an E-Mail. This is only for bot prevention in accordance with the various other bot prevention methods applied.
